Q:  How do I purchase Buckhorn Gift Cards?

A:  You can purchase Gift Cards from all of our Buckhorn Restaurant Group locations in California. You can also order gift cards online today! We also offer electronic gift cards that allow gift-givers the opportunity to send and personalize their gift instantly.

Q:  Can I order a Gift Card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?

A:  At this time you are not able to pick up your online Gift Card orders at our restaurants. When you order online, your eGift Cards will be emailed directly to the email address you provide. 

Q:  Do Gift Cards expire?

A:  No, our gift cards never expire.

Q:  Where can I use my Gift Card?

A:  Buckhorn Gift Cards can be used at any Buckhorn Restaurant Group (Buckhorn Grill or Buckhorn BBQ) in California EXCEPT at Buckhorn Steakhouse, Buckhorn Food Truck, Buckhorn Catering Co (in Winters, CA).  Find a Buckhorn location near you.

Q:  What can I purchase with a Buckhorn Gift Card?

Our Gift Cards can be used toward any item listed on our menu, food, and beverage.

Q:  Can I reload my Buckhorn Gift Card?

A:  No, our gift cards are not reloadable.

Q:  Is it safe to give my credit card information online?

A:  Keeping your information secure is a top priority for us. When you place your order through our website, your order information, including credit card number, is transmitted to our secure server.  

Q:  In what dollar amounts are Buckhorn Gift Cards available?

A:  Buckhorn Gift Cards are available in whole dollar denominations, in five-dollar increments, from $10 to $500.

Q:  Does Buckhorn charge a monthly service fee for unused balances left on my Gift Card?

A:  No, a monthly service fee is not applied to our gift cards.

Q:  Will you sell my information to other companies?

A:  We are as concerned about ensuring the privacy of your information as you are. Buckhorn Restaurant Group will not trade, rent, or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, email address, or other personal information without your prior authorization. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

Q:  I need a Gift Card today and I do not live near a Buckhorn Restaurant Group restaurant. Where else can I find Buckhorn Restaurant Group Gift Cards?

A:  You can purchase our eGift Cards on this website. Our eGift Card option allows gift-givers the opportunity to send their gift instantly via email.

Q:  How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?

A:  You can check your balance by going to any of our Buckhorn Restaurant Group restaurants, buckhorngrill.com, or by emailing our company at marketing@buckhorngrill.com. 

Q:  Will I get confirmation of my Gift Card order?

A:  Yes, after your order is placed, you will be emailed a confirmation that will include your order details. 

Q:  What happens if my Buckhorn Gift Card does not work?

A:  Gift Cards that don’t work properly can be loaded onto another card at any Buckhorn Restaurant Group restaurant. Please visit one of our locations or email marketing@buckhorngrill.com for assistance. 

Q:  Can I return a Buckhorn Restaurant Group Gift Card?

A:  Your Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.

Q:  Who can I contact if I have questions or problems with my Gift Card or Gift Card order?

Q:  What happens if my Buckhorn Gift Card is lost or stolen?

A:  Please treat your card like cash, as Buckhorn Restaurant Group is not responsible for unauthorized use. If lost or stolen, your Gift Card can only be replaced for the remaining value with original proof of purchase, including the gift card identification number. Please email it to marketing@buckhorngrill.com.
