Are you related to the Buckhorn Steakhouse in Winters?

Yes, Buckhorn Steakhouse was the first Buckhorn location. From there, the brand grew to various related entities, including our Buckhorn BBQ + Grill restaurants.


How do I place a catering order?

You may place a catering order online on our website or through our app, in person, or over the phone at any of our restaurants. When placing an order in person or over the phone, please have the date and time of your event, the amount of people you’ll be feeding, the type of catering you’d like, and your budget ready so we can best assist you.

Dietary Restrictions

Do you have gluten-free items on your menu?

We do have some gluten sensitive menu items. We specifically state “gluten sensitive” because we do our best to not cross contaminate. However, because gluten is in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee 100% gluten free. Please ask the manager on duty or contact us at with questions regarding specific items on our menu.

Do you do dine and donate fundraisers?

Yes, our Valley locations accept fundraiser requests from non-profit and 501(c) charitable organizations in which 15% of the proceeds from the event go directly back to you. More information can be found on our website in our Fundraising section.

Gift Cards

How do I purchase gift cards?

You can purchase gift cards in person at any of our restaurants or electronic gift cards online through our website.

What gift cards can I use at your restaurants?

We only accept Buckhorn BBQ + Grill gift cards and e-gift cards. Our gift cards are not valid at Buckhorn Steakhouse or Buckhorn food trucks.

Can I order a gift card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?

No. When you order online, your e-gift card will be emailed directly to the email address you provide.

Loyalty Account

How do I change my loyalty account phone number?

While you can’t change your registered phone number, we can help you transfer your points and rewards to your new phone number and disable your old loyalty account. Please sign up for a new Buckhorn loyalty account with your new phone number. Once you do, contact and we will help you with the transfer process.

How do I log into my account with a landline phone number?

Since our system requires a text verification, please contact or to receive the SMS code to input. The code is valid for five minutes and it’s for a one-time use.

Where in the app can I find my point balance?

Visit the “My Rewards” portion of the app. Your point tally is located at the top of the page. The rewards you can redeem with your points are located below. If they are locked, you do not have enough points to unlock that particular reward yet.

What rewards can I earn with the Buck’N Rewards program?

In addition to the $10 cash back for every $200 spent, you will earn the following rewards:

  • 500 Points: A Buck Sandwich
  • 750 Points: The Caesar Pleaser
  • 1000 Points: Whole Tri Tip
  • 1500 Points: Feed The Family (Family Feast or Feast for Two)
  • Free Tri Tip Bites for signing up (new members only)
  • A $10 birthday reward for redemption within one month
  • AND other surprise rewards throughout the year
How do I earn points for my visit?

From the home screen of your Buckhorn app, please select the Scan icon so your cashier can scan the QR code on your device. You can also provide your phone number and we will get your points entered.

How do I redeem a reward during my visit?

Following the same process described above, your cashier will be able to see any eligible rewards you have in your account and will ask you if you would like to redeem one during your visit.

Can I redeem a reward on an online order through the app?

Yes! You can go to your rewards in the app, select the one you would like to redeem and choose “order now.” From there, that item will be discounted in your cart.

Will I earn points for any online order placed through the app?

Yes, you certainly will as long as you are logged into your account.

Can I earn points for purchases made through third-party websites, such as DoorDash Marketplace, Grubhub, etc.?

No, only purchases made directly at any of our restaurants and through our website and app are eligible for points.

Can I still get my points for my purchase even after I’ve left the restaurant?

You sure can. Send a picture of your receipt to and we will add the points onto your account. Only purchases made after you joined our loyalty program will count.
