What is Chekt?

Chekt is a contactless food pickup system designed to meet the demands of high-volume restaurants and eateries while delivering a delightful experience for diners. You’ll be able to pick up your food faster and more efficiently, while avoiding long lines and cold fries.

How do I use it?

  1. Place your order on www.buckhorngrill.com.
  2. You’ll receive a confirmation text that your order has been received.
  3. When your order is ready, you’ll receive another text message telling you it’s time for pickup.
  4. When you arrive at the restaurant, find the chekt lockers on the counter and reply to the message “here.”
  5. Your locker will then light up and open.
  6. Grab your food and enjoy!

How do I know which locker has my food?

  1. The text message that alerts you saying your food is ready will let you know which locker(s) contain your food.
  2. When you reply “here” to the sms, your assigned locker(s) will light up.

How long do I have to pick up my order once it’s ready?

You’ll have 30 minutes to pick up your order from the time you receive the “your order is ready” text. If you miss that window, please seek assistance from a team member.

Will I get to use Chekt for all to-go orders?

Yes! Any time you place an online order for the Buckhorn UV location, you can pick up your order at a Chekt locker.

What happens if I place a large order?

Depending on the size of your order, it may be split up into multiple lockers. But no need to worry – your text message will prompt you to the exact lockers where you can find your food.

How do I pick up food on behalf of someone else?

When you arrive at the restaurant, the person who placed the order will need to reply “here” to the “ready for pickup” SMS in order for the locker(s) to light up and open.

Something is missing from my order. What should I do?

Please speak with a team member and we’ll quickly replace the missing item.

Are in-store orders also fulfilled through the lockers?

No, in-store orders do not use the lockers. They are just for online pickup orders.
